Three rounds of shadow, six on the bags, then pad rounds in pairs while Mari walks the floor and fixes hands. Almost everybody in this class has to be at a desk by eight, so we finish on the hour and the showers are clear by 7:10.
Doors open at 5:30 if you want to wrap and warm up first, and the class is capped at twenty four. Mari runs the same three rounds of shadow every morning on purpose, so you always know what the first ten minutes look like.
